For context: that's typically less than the cost of a part-time household employee — without the scheduling, taxes, or management that comes with hiring someone yourself.
We're not the right fit for every household, and that's okay. If you're looking for a one-time clean or occasional help, we're happy to point you in the right direction. A cleaning service shows up, cleans, and leaves. New Moon is ongoing home management — your home manager learns your preferences, handles multiple categories of tasks, and adapts to your schedule over time. The relationship is the difference.

Yes, wherever possible. Consistency is core to how we work. Your home manager gets to know your home, your preferences, and your standards — so you're not re-explaining yourself every visit.

Most clients are not home during visits — that's often the point. We'll work out a secure access method during your consultation.

Requests can be made via email, and your home manager will provide you with their contact information at the start of service.

You can provide New Moon with a household card or add your home manager as an authorized user, so purchases are seamless and fully transparent.

Absolutely. Your needs will change, and your service should too. We review plans regularly and adjust as your household evolves.

New Moon is licensed and insured, carrying general liability insurance. If something is ever damaged or goes wrong, reach out by email and we'll process any claim as soon as it's communicated.

We treat every home — and everything we observe in it — with complete confidentiality.

All home management plans require a one-month commitment. Services can be cancelled at any time and, similar to other monthly subscriptions, will run through the end of your last paid billing cycle.
